Booking Your Treatment
Please book your treatment at least 24 hours in advance by clicking on the "Book Now" button. Choose your desired treatment and consider adding individual treatments as add-ons to your selected package.
Treatment Pricing and Transportation
Treatment prices do not include the therapist's transportation fee. We will provide you with the transportation cost based on your location upon confirming your reservation
Minimum Spending Policy
The minimum spending requirement at Kayuh Spa is Rp. 500,000 per person.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, a down payment of Rp. 500,000 is required.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% from your down payment will be charged for cancellations made less than 8 hours before the appointment.

Therapist Arrival
Our therapists will arrive at your home 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to ensure everything is prepared for your spa experience.
Your Preparation
We recommend taking a shower, to remove your skin care and jeweleries before your treatment to enhance your spa experience.
Prepare to Unplug
we recommend taking this time offline because research shows limiting your screen time can improve your sleep and physical and psychological health
